So i went to see Girltalk last night downtown, it was pretty much amazing but i cant say it was the highlight of my night. the opening act for girltalk is what amazed me. words cannot describe theyre music and onstage performance. click on the KRAK above for thier myspace.

Ice Rink Mini Ramp

Connor and myself decided to go to the local ice rink last night to spend some time shoveling and shaping probably the worst mini ramp with a pump roller in the middle ever made. We still obviously had a blast though. Security actually came and kicked us out though, so we have to do this during the day if we want to do it.

Only a Couple More Weeks!

I wish i could be having as much fun on my snowboard right now as these guys. I guess i'll have to settle with this.

Pony Tale by Actionhorse Films

Hampus, Jakob, and their gang made a video this year and put it up for free on Vimeo. Pretty stoked on it. They also used a song Yuri really wanted to use for an edit. Sucka!

The Day Before Halloween

Soo its been a while since i posted on here, mainly because not much has been happening. the snowboard show and jibfest happened, but everyones seen those pictures on Facebook so i didnt bother writing about em.

I went out with Savage today to basegrind and wax my board at corbetts. While we were there he gave me the Atomic Radon CT 164cm i won at the snowboard show; Thank God for all the powder we get in Ontario. He also bought Forum or Against em cuase it just came in at the shop. We went to kendras to watch it only to realize he left the box on the roof of the car. we found it beat to shit right in the middle of a main road. The DVDs didnt crack though so that was a relief!

We also found this gnarly wooden ledge with a huge drop on the other side. Shits going down.

A Thursday in October

Me and Connor went skating today around his area before going to the Big Bang to see Trouble Andrew and Chromeo. Here's a bunch of photos from the this Thursday in October.

Jon Kooley

Pretty much my favorite snowboarder right now, Jon Kooley rides like no other. POP Magazine, an australian magazine did an interview with him back in May. It's not the newest since its a few months back, but new to me and is still up to date with what hes been up to. What I really enjoyed about the interview is that all photos are from his People crew trip to Toronto. CHECK IT OUT!(page47) Oh ya, his new Nitro one off pro model is amazing too.

I Like Things Fast!

I ordered some Ashbury goggles today from the guys that bring you the Empire Shakedown. It was free shipping so i figured it would be about a week or so. I woke up the next morning, go downstairs to eat some Cinnamon Toast Crunch only to see a package at the front door with Empire stickers all over it. Moral of the story, shop at Empire!
